Value of Communication
Communication is more than the words we use to talk. It encompasses our facial expressions, our gestures, our body language and our joint interaction with others. Communication enables us to be able to express our thoughts and feelings and have our needs met.
“The way we communicate with others and with ourselves ultimately determines the quality of our lives”. Anthony Robins
Communication is a skill that you can learn. It’s like riding a bicycle or typing. If you’re willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve the quality of every part of your life”. Brian Tracy
